Locked Meda : Deception of the Public
Background
Meda is the Alummoottil family’s ancestral home, managed by the Alummoottil Tharavad Trust. Renovation ran 2020–2023, with an inauguration on 23 Dec 2023. Trustees publicly promised a reopening around 7 Jul 2024 (see newspaper clippings below). As of 01 Oct 2025, the gates are still locked and family members report refusals.
This isn’t delay; it’s a smoke-screen thick enough to outdo Thrissur Pooram. A new sign on the gate reads: “Humans not allowed. Vultures and Hyenas are welcome.”
Anoop’s stand is simple: reopen as promised.
Who is Anoop, and what are his rights?
Anoop, son of Radhakrishnan, grew up in the Meda till age 12. He is a Beneficiary of the Alummoottil Tharavad Trust—meaning the Trust exists to serve him. Trustees are custodians—glorified watchmen, nothing more. Under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, a beneficiary can demand accounts, inspect records and corpus, protect heirlooms, and prevent misappropriation or profit-making by trustees. Constititional Courts have recognized Anoop’s locus to obtain certified copies of the Trust Deed. He has the certified Trust Deed proving he is a lawful beneficiary of the Trust.
Who are Ramesh Chandran and Sivadasan
Both are Anoop’s paternal uncles.
Ramesh Chandran, Managing Trustee for 18 years, treats trust law like a KSRTC conductor trying to take the bus-fare bag to his longstanding residence; his wife’s home.
Sivadasan, PoA for renovation, can fog a day so hard that a bright noon looks like a monsoon midnight. Even a lighthouse will ask for directions. His children, grandchildren, and ex-wives practice social distancing from him (its another story).
A public reopening would invite basic questions—where are the heirlooms? why the cultural destruction in the name of “renovation”? why demolish the landmark of the Alummoottil meda, the arch of Kochu Kunju Channar?- Sivadasan and Ramesh Chandran does not have answers for this. Hence the padlock.
What is Ramesh Chandran and Sivadasan’s goal
To convert Alummoottil to their personal property. Bar family/beneficiaries, deploy henchmen, and bury the paperwork. Anoop alleges violence and deception, and has pleaded forgery/perjury in court filings (pending adjudication).
Anoop is the only obstacle in this path. Anoop alleges a coordinated assault amounting to attempt to murder; the complaint is pending. Failing this entrap Anoop in a criminal case. Failing this mislead the court into banning Anoop saying he has “no connection to the Trust”. Anoop sitting in the USA may not know about this fraud before the court.
How the closure was enforced
Henchmen (“hyenas”) were positioned at Meda as soon as Anoop informed of his visit. When Anoop visited, they staged a three-act play: assault and attempt to murder. If it fails lodge a third-party FIR. Then wave the FIR in court to spin a story that Anoop is a “trespasser”.
Sadly, Alummoottil’s governance now is now the story of the thief, the goonda, the emperor and the wife.
Irony: the civil case that Ramesh Chandran filed is Anoop’s best evidence. Timelines were bent, fraudulent misrepresentations were made, the genuine deed was concealed, and a forged document was presented in court — textbook definition of criminal breach of trust (a cognizable crime per BNS 2023, section 316).
New Rumors to Fog the Breach
Story 1: Anoop “hired men” to attack Sivadasan.
If so, where’s the FIR by Sivadasan? None. Where is the preventive petition? Where is the sworn complaint by Sivadasan? No paperwork.
In fact the only paper work that exists is Anoop’s case against Sivadasan in March 2024 (six months prior to him being attacked).
In short, Sivadasan’s chundan has no oars: lots of splash, yet no movement. Hiring men is a Sivadasan-Ramesh Chandran specialty. Noone with a spine will need hired help to put these cowards in their place.
Story 2: Anoop wants to “take over” the Trust.
If Anoop has “no connection to the Trust” (Sivadasan’s original claims), how can Anoop take over the trust?
Pick one BS, Sivadasan.
What is the best way to bury questions about destruction, looting, and mismanagement? Accuse the person asking the questions. Any public citizen whose staple is rice, will smell Sivadasan’s smoke from a mile away.
Bottom line
With the High Court order and Certified Trust Deed on the table, Sivadasan’s tale boomerangs—thickening the trail of defamation, fraud, perjury, and forgery (currently pending before court). Slowly, but surely, the law is catching up to Sivadasan and Ramesh Chandran.
Facts vs. Fiction
Fact: Sivadasan and Ramesh Chandran appointed hyenas (the most oochali goondas of Muttom) to attack Anoop on 09-08-2024 when Anoop visited his childhood home.
Sivadasan’s Smoke: “The hyenas were Trust workers.”

Fact: On 09-08-2024, Anoop was the only one who called the police for help when attacked in front of Meda. PCR records are on file with the Police emergency room.

Fact: Anoop filed the complaint first at the police station. On 10-08-2024, knowing their nephew flew out to USA, Sivadasan and Ramesh Chandran discovered their spine by proxy and had a hyena lodge an FIR. Anoop believes influence was brought to bear in the registration of the FIR. Sivadasan cannot hire hyenas to prevent a legal beneficiary from visiting the trust property. It is a breach of trust.

Sun emerges. Fog subsides. Emperor is missing. Only a jatti remains next the Karanavar’s throne.
Rest assured: please be patient. Alummoottil will reopen. Even if it means going to the Supreme Court.

പശ്ചാത്തലം
മേട ആലുമ്മൂട്ടിൽ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പാരമ്പര്യ ഭവനമാണ്; ആലുമ്മൂട്ടിൽ തറവാട് ട്രസ്റ്റാണ് ഈ കെട്ടിടം നടത്തുന്നത്. 2020 മുതൽ 2023 വരെ ട്രസ്റ്റ് മേടയുടെ നവീകരണം നടത്തി. 23 ഡിസംബർ 2023-ന് മേടയുടെ ഉൽഘാടനം ആയിരുന്നു. പത്രങ്ങളിൽ 07 ജൂലൈ 2024-ഓടെ പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് മേട വീണ്ടും തുറക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് ട്രസ്റ്റ് വാഗ്ദാനം കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു (പത്രലേഖനങ്ങൾ താഴെ). എന്നാൽ നാളിന്നുവരെ (14 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 2025) മേടയുടെ കവാടങ്ങൾ പൂട്ടിയ നിലയിലാണ്. കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് പോലും സന്ദർശനം നിഷേധിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
ആനൂപ്പ് ആരാണ്? അയാളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ എന്താണ്?
ആനൂപ്പ് രാധാകൃഷ്ണന്റെ മകനാണ്. 12 വയസ്സ് വരെ അയാൾ മേടയിലാണ് വളർന്നത്. അനൂപ് ആലുമ്മൂട്ടിൽ തറവാട് ട്രസ്റ്റിന്റെ ബെനിഫിഷ്യറി ആണ്. ട്രസ്റ്റിമാർ ട്രുസ്ടിന്റെ വെറും രക്ഷാധികാരികൾ മാത്രമാണ്. ട്രസ്റ്റികൾ ട്രസ്റ്റ് അധീനതയിൽ ഉള്ള വസ്തുക്കൾ ബെനിഫിഷ്യറികൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ന്യായവും സുതാര്യവുമായി നടത്തണമെന്നാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ട്രസ്റ്റ് നിയമമായ the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 അനുശാസിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ നിയമപ്രകാരം ആനൂപിന് ചുവടെയുള്ള അവകാശങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്:

ആരാണ് രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രനും ശിവദാസനും?
രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രൻ ട്രസ്റ്റിന്റെ മാനേജിങ് ട്രസ്റ്റിയാണ്. ട്രസ്റ്റീ ആയിട്ട് കൂടെ സാമാന്യ ബോധമുള്ള ആർക്കും അറിയാവുന്ന ട്രസ്റ്റ് നിയമം പോലും ഇയാൾക്ക് അറിയില്ല. മേടയുടെ നവീകരണത്തിനുള്ള പവർ ഓഫ് അറ്റോർണി (മുക്ത്യാർ) ആണ് ശിവദാസൻ. ആലുംമൂട്ടിൽ കണക്കുകളും, പല സ്താപരജൻഗമ വസ്തുക്കളും കാണാതായത് അനൂപ് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തു. മറുപടി കൊടുക്കാൻ ഇവർക്കായില്ല. അതിനാൽ ആനൂപ് വീണ്ടും മേടയിൽ കയറുന്നത് തടയാൻ കൂലി തല്ലുകാരെ ഇവർ നിയോഗിച്ചു. 09 ആഗസ്ററ് 2024-ന് ആനൂപ്പ് മേടയിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ ഇവർ അനൂപിനെ ആക്രമിച്ചു. അതും പോരാഞ്ഞ് ട്രസ്റ്റുമായോ കുടുംബമായോ യാതൊരു ബന്ധമില്ലാത്ത ആരുണ് ബി. ഉണ്ണിയെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പോലീസിൽ ഒരു കള്ളപരാതിയും നൽകിച്ച വിരുതന്മാരാണ് ശിവദാസനും രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രനും. കൂടാതെ, ആനൂപ്പിന് തന്റെ പാരമ്പര്യ ഭവനമായ ആലുമ്മൂട്ടിലിൽ യാതൊരു വിധ അവകാശവുമില്ല എന്നും കള്ളം പറഞ്ഞു ഒരു കള്ള സിവിൽ കേസ് കൊടുത്ത വേന്ദ്രനാണ് രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രൻ. ആനൂപ്പ് യു.എസ്.എയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ഇവരുടെ ചതി മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കുറച്ചു വൈകി. മനസിലായതോടെ അനൂപ് ഇവർക്ക് വിഷചികിത്സ കൊടുക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിടുണ്ട്.
ചുരുക്കം: “ആനൂപ്പിന് ട്രസ്റ്റിൽ ഇടപെടാൻ യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഇല്ല” എന്നത് പാടി നടക്കുകയാണ് ശിവദാസനും രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രനും. ഇതുപോലുള്ള ദുർമോഹികളായ ട്രസ്റ്റികളിൽ നിന്നും ബെനിഫിഷ്യറികളെ രക്ഷിക്കാനാണ് നൂറ്റിയൻപത് കൊല്ലം മുൻപ് ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവർ the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയത്.
എന്താണ് രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രന്റെയും ശിവദാസന്റെയും ലക്ഷ്യം?
ആലുമ്മൂട്ടിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ സ്വകാര്യ സ്വത്താക്കി മാറ്റാനാണ് രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രനും ശിവദാസനും ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനായി വിദേശത്തുള്ള സഹോദരപ്പുത്രന്മാരെയും സഹോദരപുത്രിമാരെയും പുറത്താക്കാനായി ചതി, ഭീഷണി, വ്യാജ ക്രിമിനൽ കേസ്, കള്ള സിവിൽ കേസ് എന്നിങ്ങനെ പല കലാപരിപാടികളും ഇവർ കാഴ്ച വയ്ക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ആരും ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യില്ല എന്ന ധൈര്യത്തിൽ ഇവർ കോടതിമൊഴികളിൽ പോലും വ്യാജത്തരവും കള്ളത്തരവും കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഇവർ നൽകിയ വ്യാജത്തരങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ തെളിവ് സഹിതം ഉടനെ ഹാജരാക്കാം. TFT/2024 എന്ന ഫയലിംഗിൽ “ആനൂപ്പിന് ട്രസ്റ്റുമായി ‘യാതൊരു ബന്ധവുമില്ല ’” എന്ന അസത്യമാണ് രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രൻ കോടതിയിൽ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. 09 ഒക്ടോബർ 2024-ലെകത്തിൽ, ശിവദാസൻ ആനൂപ്പിനെ ആലുമ്മൂട്ടിലിൽ കയറ്റില്ലെന്നും വിധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ശിവദാസന്റെ വ്യക്തിസാമ്രാജ്യമാണെന്നപോലെ. ട്രസ്റ്റിമാർക്ക് ബെനിഫിഷ്യറികളോടുള്ള കടമക്ക് ഫിഡ്യൂഷിയറി ഡ്യൂട്ടി എന്നാണ് നിയമത്തിന്റെ നാമധേയം. ഭാരത സംസ്കാരത്തിൽ അച്ഛന്റെ സഹോദരങ്ങൾ തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരപുത്രന്റെ സ്വത്തുക്കൾ കാത്തുസൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടവരാണ്. ഇവിടെ, കുടുംബകാര്യങ്ങൾ സുതാര്യമായും സ്വാർത്ഥതമല്ലാതെയും കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യേണ്ട രണ്ട് പിതൃസഹോദരങ്ങളാണ് ഒരു സഹോദരപുത്രന്റെ അവകാശം തട്ടിയെടുക്കാൻ നികൃഷ്ടമായ പല കൃത്യങ്ങളും ചെയ്യുന്നത്. അത്ത്യാർത്തിക്ക് രക്തബന്ധം തടസ്സമാകില്ലല്ലോ.
ചുരുക്കം: ആനൂപ്പിനെ പുറത്താക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നതെല്ലാം — ആളുകളെ കൂലിക്കെടുത്തു ആക്രമിപ്പിക്കൽ, വ്യാജ ക്രിമിനൽ കേസ്, സ്ഥിരവിലക്ക് തേടിയുള്ള കള്ള സിവിൽ കേസ് — ഒക്കെ ശിവദാസനും രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രനും ശ്രമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ ഈ മണ്ടശിരോമണികൾക്കറിയാത്തത് the Indian Trusts Act, 1882-ൽ ട്രസ്റ്റിമാർക്ക് ബെനിഫിഷ്യറികളെ “ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ” ഒരു മാർഗ്ഗവും ഇല്ല. ആയതിനാൽ ഇവരുടെ മേല്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ എല്ലാം തന്നെ ബ്രീച്ച് ഓഫ് ട്രസ്റ്റ്-ന്റെ പാഠപുസ്തക മാതൃകൾ തന്നെയാണ്. ഈ തിരിച്ചറിവുണ്ടായത് മുതൽ ശിവദാസൻ ചുവട് മാറ്റി പുതിയ തറക്കളികൾ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആദ്യം “അനൂപിനൊരവകാശവുമില്ല” എന്ന് എഴുതിവാദിച്ച ഈ മൂഢൻ, ഇപ്പോൾ “അനൂപ് അവകാശങ്ങൾ ദുര്യുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുന്നു” എന്ന കഥകളാണ് സംപ്രേക്ഷണം ചെയ്യുന്നത്. സമയോചിതമായ കള്ളങ്ങൾ ശിവദാസന്റെ പതിവാണ്. ഇഷ്ടൻ വായതുറക്കുന്നത് കള്ളം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പൊങ്ങച്ചം പറയാൻ മാത്രമാണ്.
പുതിയ കഥകൾ
09 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 2024ൽ അനൂപിനെതിരെ ആക്രമണം ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തതോടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളും, ബന്ധുക്കളും, മുട്ടത്തെ ജനങ്ങളും, ശിവദാസനെതിരെയും രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രനെതിരെയും രൂക്ഷവിമർശനങ്ങൾ ഉയർത്തുകയുണ്ടായി. കുറ്റം ഒഴിച്ചുമാറ്റാൻ ഇവർ രണ്ട് പുതിയ കഥകൾ സൗകര്യപൂർവം മെനഞ്ഞിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
ആദ്യ കഥ — 2023 ഡിസംബറിൽ ആനൂപ്പ് “ആൾക്കാരെ കൂലിക്കെടുത്തു” ശിവദാസനെ ആക്രമിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കൂ എന്നാണ് ആദ്യ പരാതി. എന്നാൽ ശിവദാസന്റെ കൈയ്യിൽ പരാതി, FIR , കേസ്, രേഖ — ഒന്നും തന്നെയില്ല. ഇങ്ങനൊരു സംഭവം നടന്നിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ സാധാരണ ആരും പരാതി നൽകിയേനെ. ശിവദാസൻ ഒന്നും നൽകിയിട്ടില്ല. എന്നാൽ 2024 മാർച്ചിൽ ആനൂപ്പ് ശിവദാസനെ ഒന്നാം പ്രതിയായി കേസ് കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് താനും. ചുരുക്കം: ആനൂപ്പിന് രേഖപരമായി ഒരു കേസ് ഉണ്ട്. ശിവദാസന്റെ പക്കൽ പുകയേ ഉള്ളൂ. കൂടാതെ, ശിവദാസനാവശ്യമായ മരുന്ന് കൊടുക്കാണെങ്കിൽ, ആനൂപ്പ് അത് സന്തോഷപൂർവം നേരിട്ട് കൊടുക്കും. ആൾക്കാരെ കൂലിക്ക് വയ്ക്കുന്നത് ശിവദാസന്റെയും രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രന്റെയും കുത്തകസമ്പ്രദായമാണ്. ഇതാണ് സത്യത്തെ മറക്കാനുള്ള ആദ്യ ശിവദാസതന്ത്രം.
രണ്ടാം കഥ — ആനൂപ്പ് “ട്രസ്റ്റ് പിടിച്ചടക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു”. അനൂപ് ട്രസ്റ്റ് രണ്ടു ദുർമോഹികൾ പിടിച്ചടക്കുന്നത് തടയാം ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു എന്നാണ് പക്ഷെ രേഖകൾ പറയുന്ന കഥ. ആനൂപ്പിന്റെ കത്തുകളിലും ഫയലിംഗുകളിലും - ഓഡിറ്റഡ് അക്കൗണ്ടുകൾ, പൂർണ്ണ സ്താപരജൻഗമ രജിസ്റ്റർ, കാണാതായ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ നിജസ്ഥിതി, തറവാട് കാണാനുള്ള അനുമതി, നിശ്ചിത തീയതിയുള്ള പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള റീഓപ്പണിംഗ് — ഇവയാണ് അനൂപ് രേഖാപരമായ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഒരു പിടിച്ചടക്കലും ഇല്ല. ഒരു നിയന്ത്രണശ്രമവും ഇല്ല. സുതാര്യമായ കണക്കുകൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വസ്തുക്കൾ ചോദ്യം എപ്പോൾ അനൂപ് ചോദിച്ചാലും, കള്ളക്കഥകൾ മെനഞ്ഞ് അനൂപിനെ കുറ്റക്കാരനാക്കുക — ഇതാണ് ശിവദാസന്റെയും രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രന്റെയും പാറ്റേൺ. ഇതൊക്കെ കൂടാതെ Indian Trusts Act, 1882 section 60, Explanation I, പ്രകാരം വിദേശത്ത് താമസിക്കുന്നവരെ ട്രസ്റ്റിയായി നിയമിക്കുന്നത് നിരോധിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഈ ആരോപണം നാട്ടുകാരെ തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിക്കാൻ ശിവദാസന്റെ മറ്റൊരു പുകമറ മാത്രമാണ്.
ചുരുക്കം: കുഴിയിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടാൽ പിന്നെയും കുഴിക്കരുത് എന്നാണ് പഴമൊഴി. പൊതുജനം മേട തുറക്കുമെന്ന വാഗ്ദാനം തകർന്ന് പോയതും ഗേറ്റുകൾ പൂട്ടിയതുമെല്ലാം കണ്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞു. അരിയാഹാരം കഴിക്കുന്ന ഒരാൾ പോലും ശിവദാസനും രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രനും പുതിയതായി ഇറക്കുന്ന ഈ കള്ളക്കഥകൾ വിശ്വസിക്കില്ല. ഇവർ നടത്തുന്ന ഓരോ പുതിയ നീക്കവും ഇവർക്കെതിരെയുള്ള തെളിവുകൾ കൂടുതൽ ശക്തമാക്കുന്നു. നിയമത്തിന്റെ കണക്കെടുപ്പ് വളരെ അടുത്ത് തന്നെ ഇവർക്കുണ്ടാകും.
എന്താണ് ഇതിനൊരു പോംവഴി?
* ഓഡിറ്റഡ് അക്കൗണ്ടുകൾ (FY 2007–2025) വൗച്ചറുകളോടെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുക.
